A big thank you to everyone who helped stuff folders last night! You saved us a bunch of work, and the music is ready to go.

Old Bill’s is September 12th, so we’ve got plenty to rehearse!

A couple of website goodies:

  • Active, logged-in members can now download music.
  • Section leaders can now assign parts online. Stephanie Ninnimann has been using and testing it, and it is pretty nifty! 
    • We can set up one person per section with this ability.
    • See me if you’d like to be your section’s part-assignment person.

If you have time to come a little early and help the percussion unload and set up so we can begin right at 7:00 pm it would be appreciated.

We are still in need of two people to pass out candy at the end of the concert. Please let me know if you have a friend or family member who could help.
