A showcase of your local nonprofit music:
As we embrace the fall season this year we want to invite you to this wonderful concert this month. All of the major nonprofit music groups in Jackson Hole are getting together on October 16th at 7:00 PM at the Center for the Arts to present Music in Harmony: A FREE one-night-only showcase of local musical talent. The following are the participating groups:
The Jackson Hole Chorale, the Jackson Hole Community Band, the Jackson Hole Symphony Orchestra and Brass Quintet, Cathedral Voices Chamber Choir, and the Jazz Foundation of Jackson Hole
Each group will perform for 10-15 minutes. The evening will then culminate in a grand finale of Carmina Burana featuring all 150 musicians from every group combined.
Our volunteer musicians, from middle schooler to senior citizen, have been practicing for months, and are excited to present their hard work and artistry to you. Music is a vital part of our growth as individuals and as a society. This event will provide the community with a sample of what its local volunteer musicians from all kinds of backgrounds and professions have to offer throughout the year.
Please show your support in helping to keep music alive in Jackson Hole and attend this FREE concert!
