The Assistant Music Director supports the artistic leadership of the band, stepping in to conduct rehearsals and performances as needed while helping plan and prepare each concert cycle alongside the Music Director.
They assist with music selection, program preparation, and audience engagement, while remaining ready to take on full directing responsibilities when called upon—helping ensure continuity, flexibility, and a smooth musical experience for both the band and its audience.
