The Librarian manages the band’s music library—both physical and digital—ensuring all music is organized, accessible, and performance-ready. From preparing folders for each concert cycle to tracking inventory and maintaining the inScoreOrder database, this role keeps the music flowing behind the scenes.
They also coordinate closely with the Music Director and Business Manager on music selection, acquisitions, and concert programs, helping ensure every piece is accounted for, prepared, and ready to hit the stand.
