Best of the West Parade

The Best of the West Parade is a beloved family tradition held each year as part of Jackson Hole’s Old West Days celebration. The parade winds through Glenwood Street and Broadway Avenue before ending at Town Square. It showcases majestic horses, historic wagons, creative floats, and lots of candy for kids, bringing together the community to celebrate Wyoming’s Western heritage in a lively, festive atmosphere.

Following the veterans, the Community Band opens the festivities by performing the Star-Spangled Banner from our parade trailer—a tradition that dates back decades and brings a proud musical start to Old West Days.
