The Jackson Hole Community Band’s Halloween Concert for the Kids has been a beloved autumn tradition since 2010, delighting families with music, costumes, and seasonal fun. Held each year at Walk Festival Hall in Teton Village, the event blends the hall’s superb acoustics with the band’s playful spirit. The program features a mix of thrilling and lighthearted Halloween-themed music, from haunting melodies to whimsical favorites, often enhanced with theatrical touches. Since its inception, the concert has always included a festive costume parade and safe trick-or-treating around Teton Village, making it a complete Halloween outing for families. Audience members—especially children—are encouraged to dress up, join the parade, and enjoy the candy stations after the show. It’s an afternoon where music, community, and celebration come together in the heart of Jackson Hole.
Every October since 2010, the Jackson Hole Community Band has transformed Walk Festival Hall into a Halloween wonderland for our Concert for the Kids. Our musicians dress up, play a spirited program of seasonal favorites, and invite the audience to join in the costume parade. After the music, kids explore Teton Village for trick-or-treating, making this one of our most anticipated and joy-filled performances of the year.
