2023 Lighting of the Town Square
2023 Lighting of the Town Square

The Lighting of the Town Square is a cherished annual event in Jackson Hole, held each year the day after Thanksgiving. The community gathers in George Washington Memorial Park for cookies, hot cocoa, caroling, and seasonal music— performed by the Jackson Hole Community Band alongside the Jackson Hole Chorale—before counting down to the moment when the elk-antler arches and Christmas lights illuminate the square in a magical glow.

Always a highlight of our year, you’ll find the Community Band bundled up and playing festive tunes—side-by-side with the Jackson Hole Chorale—as the antler arches light up in holiday splendor.
