ElkFest 2018
ElkFest 2018 — The percussion section gearing up to bring the beat and energy that drive the band through this lively community celebration.

Percussion instruments produce sound when struck, shaken, or scraped, creating rhythm, texture, and color within musical compositions. This diverse family includes drums, cymbals, tambourines, xylophones, and many other instruments, each contributing unique tones and effects. Percussion players provide the essential backbone for the band’s rhythm and dynamics, enhancing the overall musical experience with precise timing and expressive sounds.

Our Community Band’s percussion section adds energy and depth to every performance, using a wide range of instruments to keep the beat, accentuate rhythms, and bring music to life in dynamic and exciting ways. You never know when unexpected percussion surprises might make an appearance, adding a fun and creative twist to our concerts.
