Electronic rosters

✅ New in 2025, event rosters are now managed electronically by music directors, the librarian, and/or Administrators.

✅ Before formal performances, a draft Roster is usually passed around at rehearsal for the program to allow final edits. For smaller events, several photos may be used to complete the final Roster.

✅ Once finalized, the Roster appears near the bottom of the event detail page and in the Event List tab. If you notice any errors, please contact an Administrator so corrections can be made.

✅ Additionally, members’ public bios now include a list of performances, giving everyone a chance to see which events each member has participated in.
