✅ RSVPs help the music director plan which music we’ll perform. We post the event date and time as soon as it’s known, so members can RSVP well in advance. Every logged-in band member can mark their attendance with Yes, No, or Maybe for each event.

✅ You can RSVP directly from a virtual folder, or open the event detail page for more options. On the event detail page, members who select Yes can also add themselves to the Roster for that event. Section leaders with the right permissions can RSVP on behalf of members in their section.

✅ If volunteer needs are listed for the event, you can indicate which tasks you can help with by checking the appropriate boxes and updating your RSVP.

✅ Only admins, conductors, and the librarian can view the full RSVP lists, but your response helps the music director plan effectively.
