✅ Keeping your member information up to date is important! Your name, contact details, instrument, and section help directors, section leaders, and Administrators communicate effectively and keep the band organized.

✅ This information is used across the JHCB website — from the Member Directory to your Public Bio and your Bulletin Board Profile. Emails, phone numbers, and other sensitive details are visible only to active members who are logged in.

✅ To update your info, log in and click on your profile in the upper right corner of the website. Changes you make there automatically update across all member tools and sections of the site, so everything stays current without extra steps.

✅ Logged in members can find the JHCB Member Directory in the inScoreOrder portion of the website: Member Directory. 

✅ The directory lists all active members in their sections and includes contact info for band communications. Please keep this information within the band — it’s for members' use only.

✅ Use the search tool to find members — whether active, inactive, or historical — or to look up mailing addresses. Some members may not have current addresses listed, so always double-check before sending mail.

✅ Public bios are available on the Our Members page under About Us. Visitors can click “Read Bio” by a member's name to see a self-composed bio and, new in 2025, a list of performances they participated in.

✅ Logged-in members can also see basic contact information.

✅ For guidance on keeping your bio and other member information up to date, see the Your Member Info section above. Keeping your details current ensures both members and visitors have an accurate picture of your involvement with the band.
